RENZO BORGONO 800/I Hot Embosser. Machine is designed to "hot engrave" decorations onto picture frames, furniture accessories and mouldings. Heats the pattern wheel and presses it into wood transferring the design onto the product. -- Max. 450 mm(7.7") Engraving width cap.; 700 mm (27.5") material width cap., MIn: 100 mmm (3.94") width; 80 mm (3-1") dia. arbor; 140 mm (5.5") min. and 440 mm (17.3") max. embossing roller dia.; 3 mm (1/8") max. embossing depth with base-relief rollers and 7 mm (0.27)") max. depth with cutting edge rollers. -- 1.5 HP (1.1KW) Top drive gearmotor, feed speed 5.5 - 26 FPM output. -- Approx 8 KW heating by electric lamps, with thermal probe/thermostat. -- Water cooled shaft to avoid flexing and hear propagation.
